Halbleiterrelais (SSR) sind die Weiterentwicklung der herkömmlichen elektromechanischen Relais (EMR). Der Begriff “Relais” bezeichnet seine Hauptfunktionalität und “Halbleiter” bezieht sich auf das Fehlen von beweglichen Teilen. Diese vollelektronischen Komponenten bieten im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen EMR ein Vielfaches an Lebensdauer (Schaltzyklen) und durch die schnellen Schaltzeiten eine höhere Schaltgenauigkeit. Dies liegt daran, dass keine mechanischen Elemente vorhanden sind, die Verschleiß und Fehlern unterliegen können.

All this thanks to the NFC technology, which allows to extend the user interface using normal Smartphone or Tablet as intelligent configurators.
