Gefran joins the Intermonte Valore Italia Index
The Group is among the 100 listed companies selected as part of Banca Generali’s PMI2Change project

Gefran has been selected as one of the 100 companies listed on Borsa Italiana that make up the Intermonte Valore Italia Index.
Intermonte, part of the Banca Generali Group since early 2025, is one of Italy’s leading financial market operators, with more than 30 years of experience. The Index was developed as part of PMI2Change, an initiative launched by Banca Generali on 1 July 2026 to support the growth and competitiveness of Italian SMEs and facilitate a more efficient flow of capital to businesses.

Companies are selected on the basis of stringent technical and financial criteria designed to ensure adequate levels of liquidity, transparency and investability. The assessment considers factors including minimum free float, robust governance standards, analyst coverage, financial soundness, debt levels and overall representation within the Index.
“Gefran’s inclusion in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index recognises the progress we have made in terms of financial strength, transparency and our ability to create long-term value,” said Giovanna Franceschetti, Vicepresident and Investor Relator at Gefran. “We are proud to be part of PMI2Change, a valuable and forward-looking initiative that demonstrates Banca Generali’s commitment to recognising and promoting the central role played by listed SMEs in the development of the Italian economy.”
Using the Index as its reference investment universe, Banca Generali, Investlinx and Intermonte have launched a new actively managed, PIR-compliant ETF. According to the project’s promoters, Banca Generali will support the launch with an initial fundraising target of €100 million over the first few months, with exposure expected to increase gradually to €500 million over the medium term.
For Gefran, inclusion in the Index represents a tangible opportunity to increase the Group’s visibility among Italian and international investors and strengthen its dialogue with the financial markets.
